AFTER GEN94’S INAUGURAL SEASON (SPRING-SUMMER 2024), COACH JT IS EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE OF GEN94, AND INVITES ALL INTERESTED ATHLETES TO TRYOUT FOR OUR CLUB TEAMS.
At GEN94, we are transforming youth basketball.
OUR EMPHASIS ON PERSONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT SETS US APART, AND OUR ATHLETES LEARN TO APPLY THEIR TRAINING IN GAMES.

Unity Through Sport
Gen94’s first principle: Basketball knows no boundaries. They transformed abandoned lots into vibrant courts, inviting kids from rival neighborhoods, refugees, and at-risk youth to play side by side. The rule? “Leave your labels at the baseline.” -
Empowerment Beyond the Court
Wins and losses mattered, but Gen94 prioritized life skills. Coaches doubled as mentors, teaching financial literacy, conflict resolution, and leadership. Their mantra: “Your jump shot opens doors, but your character keeps them open.” -
Legacy of Service
Every Gen94 player pledges to “pass the ball forward.” Alumni return to coach, fundraise for court renovations, or tutor younger teammates. The cycle of giving is non-negotiable—“We rise by lifting others.” -
Integrity in Action
Transparency and accountability are woven into every decision. Donors know exactly how funds are used: 2 for scholarships, $3 for community gardens beside the courts. No hidden agendas, just heart.
